Today was really great.

I'm so stoned.

Last night I had to go and pay Joshua's bail. He's such a jerk. He got arrested for punching the Walmart clerk in the face for refusing to sell him beer. He's only 16!

I want to tell the world that I love you all! You're all so special to me!

I am sharpening my knives before I go to work today, because I'm going to cut out Robert's heart and feed it to him for losing my mail.

Today, I got a digital camera! Yes! I'm so ugly. Don't look at my photos pleeeeeze.

I want to say thanks to simon and Abbey and Dave and the other Simon for helping me on Saturday. You guys are the best. By the way, if you happen to find my wallet, keys or underwear, could you SMS me? Adrian has my number.

I went to the doctor yesterday, and he said I have bipolar disorder, which makes me different enough to be interesting, but the same as all the other cool people with bipolar disorder.

That's enough for now. But I'll leave you with this thought - sharing your life with strangers on the internet is the cheapest form of therapy available. Leave a comment and tell me I'm beautiful.

Created with the Gregor's Semi-Automatic LiveJournal Updater™.
I was shopping last night with my little brother. While coming home, I got an unusual phone call. It was Gladis. I guess she didn't go out like she said she was. In a way I was relieved because then I knew that she wasn't going to call me drunk again. But she didn't call just to talk either. Her cousin needed a favor, some help from me. Some computer crap.
So I ended up going over at about 8 or so. I showed up and Gladis was in her bummy clothes. I'm surprised she let me see her that way. I thought that was kinda cool.
Anyway, so her cousins ended up leaving, but I stayed behind with her. We just talked and surfed the net. I think I stayed longer than I should have though. I ended up coming home at 11. She was just getting a little too... I don't know.... I guess childish. I was also laughing just to go along with it, but really, I was getting slightly annoyed. So why the hell do I still like her? Blah...

Great. Now my mother is asking about her. I think that's a little funny. I guess she just thought something was up since we've been hanging out a lot. She knew I was with her all day Friday since mom saw us leave my house, then again when she dropped me off Friday night after going to Melrose.
When she asked about her earlier though, I just told her that I don't think I will pursue anything. I told her why. She said, "Well, she'd stop most of those things if she really liked you." Hah! I don't even think she does at all... I've no clue what she thinks or how she feels.
There was still physical contact though when we hung out on Friday.
So I never mentioned what happened on Thursday night. I knew she was flying in at 11:45. I then found out the flight was being delayed until 1 am. I still decided to go a little earlier because I thought there'd be traffic. There was, but parking was not a problem at all. I decided with the help of a couple people that I should take a white carnation, to welcome her home. I left it on the passenger seat of my car for when I opened the door, she'd see it.
Anyway, a huge smile came to me when I saw her coming down the escalator, and she smiled and waved. We immediately hugged, for a good while. It wasn't short at all. It was good to see her again after 2 weeks. I was nervous as hell.
So we walk back to my car, and opened the door for her, and she saw the flower. She picked it up and gave me another hug. heh... She seemed really happy about that.
So we drove back to her house, and her mom was up already. We got home at about 1:40 or so in the morning, so I had time to kill before work. They offered me coffee, and stuff. Her mom is really nice. So the 3 of us were in the living room talking about her trip and all that. I needed to go home and change for work. Her mom had gone back to bed at that point, so she walked me out. We hugged again, but that was it.
She told me to call her after work so we can do something later on.
I went to work with no sleep, but I wasn't tired, really. In fact, I was somewhat hyper... Wide awake. It did start to hit me at about 7:30 am, but work was a little screwy so I didn't have time to "feel" the exhaustion kicking in. I got home, showered, and called her at about noon. She came over and hung out here at home until about 5 or so. We had gone out to eat Subway after taking her car in to get fixed where I always go. It was good, too, because the guy charged us WAY cheaper that what it normally would have.
When we left home, we went to Melrose to go shopping. That's when I started to realize that maybe I shouldn't get too close to her. She always talked about drinking and getting drunk. She even raced some ugly ass Honda Accord down Melrose. I wasn't too thrilled about that, especially with traffic being so heavy. She didn't race like she wasn't trying to. She literally got next to the Honda, looked over at the guys in it and reved her engine. She was showing she wanted to. I just laughed, but I wasn't too happy about it.
I didn't talk or see her Saturday. I just went to the movies with another friend to see War Of The Worlds. It was a good movie... bad experience though. Some stupid bitch kept kicking my seat, even after I turned around and told her. Gah!
Speaking of which, she just emailed me. >.< I also think I typed out way too much, so I'm out...
Oh yeah, and I'll be doing some work on my LJ as far as people and access to it. I think I need to delete several folk and start making my shit private. If you haven't seen me update my LJ, then you'll probably know why. This will probably be the last public entry in a while. See ya!

I just got home. It's 11:03 am and got home like 10 minutes ago. Ugh, what a long day.
The volume was a lot lighter than planned, so we had to cut out 3 routes. Sometimes I don't know why managers make the decisions that they do. I mean, I can understand but, I think service comes first before production, especially with Next Day Air. Huge mix-up today and there is going to be TONS of NDA delivered late because of it. I'm almost scared to see our numbers on Monday. My phone kept going off every 2 minutes because people kept calling me. That's the downside of being a dispatch sup... EVERYone and their baby's momma come to you. It's VERY stressful.

Still nothing from "the girl." She hasn't called home either. I talked to her mom the other day and she told me she hasn't called home or her sister either. I can understand why she wouldnt call me. She left her cell phone and we don't know each other long enough to memorize each other's #'s.... but home? Hmm. I hope she's ok. No email either.
I totally forgot which flight she's coming in with too, so I've no idea what time to pick her up.

So I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday through emails. Well, she's just a sister of my brother's other teammate. She said it's "obvious" about that girl and I... that kinda threw me back! heh... I mean, I really didn't think it'd be obvious, ya know? But she said, "yeah, everyone knows." Hmm... well, atleast the season is over and stuff... so it shouldnt be too big of a deal.

Anyway, I'm exhausted, I'm taking a nap.

Trivia for Batman Begins

Before Christian Bale was cast as Batman, many other actors were considered for the role including Guy Pearce, Ashton Kutcher, David Boreanaz, John Cusack, David Duchovny and newcomer Hugh Dancy.

Only days before the role of Batman was cast, eight actors were asked to audition for the part. The actors were Christian Bale, Joshua Jackson, Eion Bailey, Hugh Dancy, Billy Crudup, Cillian Murphy, Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal. Christian Bale got the part. However, Christopher Nolan liked Cillian Murphy's audition so much, he cast him as Dr. Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow.

A very large number of directors were considered to direct the film. For some time, despite the fourth movie's failure, Joel Schumacher was attached to direct the film based on the Batman: Year One saga. After he left, among others, the producers opted for an even darker approach, and officially asked David Fincher to direct the film, who declined. At one point, following the Dark Knight saga, producers considered an older Batman, with Clint Eastwood taking the director duties as well as donning the cape. In 2002, producers planned to make a Superman vs. Batman movie with Wolfgang Petersen at the helm, but Petersen instead opted to make Troy (2004) for Warner's. Finally, Christopher Nolan took over the project in 2003.

This is the first movie to use the new DC logo

Arnold Schwarzenegger stopped by at one of the sets during filming

Before Christopher Nolan took over, director Darren Aronofsky was attached to make a Batman movie based on the graphic novel "Batman: Year One" and have the author Frank Miller write the screenplay. By 2003 there was a first draft screenplay with story boards, which are properties of AOL Time Warner. Warner's decision for not producing the film is unknown, but based on the details that have since leaked out, it would probably have to do with the screenplay, which strayed a considerable amount from the source material, making Alfred an African-American mechanic named "Big Al," the Batmobile being a suped-up Lncoln Towncar, and Bruce Wayne being homeless, among other things. This is all detailed in 'David Hughes' ' book "Tales from Development Hell."

The sets were built in the Admiralty Hanger No. 2, one of the largest hangers in the world. The floor area is the size of 16 Olympic-size swimming pools.

This Batmobile was built from the ground up, not based on any existing cars.

The Batmobile can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 6 seconds.

The license plates for the Gotham related cars were designed in the same style as the Illinois state license plates.

Ra's Al Ghul is Arabic for "The Demon's Head". This refers to his position at the height of the Brotherhood of the Demon, also called the League of Assassins.

A quote from Christian Bale that some of the crew had on the back of their t-shirts (the wardrobe dept. did it as a joke) said: "It's hot, dark and sweaty and it gives me a headache."

Christopher Eccleston was rumored for the role of Dr. Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow before Cillian Murphy was eventually cast.

Chris Cooper turned down the role of James Gordon.

Kurt Russell and Dennis Quaid were considered for the role of James Gordon.

Viggo Mortensen turned down the role of Ra's Al Ghul, the main villain in the film. Daniel Day-Lewis was also approached for the role.

The title went through many changes. First, it was known as "Batman 5". It became "Batman: The Frightening" for a while and was then confirmed by Shepperton Studios' website as "Batman: Intimidation Game" before settling on "Batman Begins".

The movie restarts the Batman franchise, having nothing to do with the previous four films (Batman (1989), Batman Returns (1992), Batman Forever (1995), Batman & Robin (1997)).

Anthony Hopkins was offered the role of Alfred but declined.

Laurence Fishburne was considered for Lucious Fox.

Filming was temporarily delayed on the London soundstage due to the sound of amorous pigeons in the rafters above.

The crime boss Carmine "The Roman" Falcone was a character from the comics. He was Gotham City's last "old school" gangster. He was killed, and his empire wiped out, when Batman's familiar rogue's gallery came into prominence.

Filming began on 22 May 2004 at Senate House (a property belonging to the University of London, just off Russell Square). The front of the building was made up as the Gotham City courts, complete with New York-style taxis and Gotham Police Department cars.

Christian Bale's trailer didn't have his name on the door but said "Bruce Wayne" instead.

A full city block of Gotham - much of it based on the slums of Kowloon in Hong Kong which were torn down in 1994 - was built in a converted aircraft hangar.

The Batmobile has four 44-inch Humvee tires at the rear, while the front is covered in jagged plates of armor.

On the set, the costumed Bale constantly had two people trailing him to keep the Batsuit smudge-free.

On a converted parking lot at Shepperton, the film crew built an entire village of trailers where chemists and costume artists made neoprene-and-foam-latex Batsuits. The place was dubbed "Cape Town."

This Batsuit has no nipples, unlike the one George Clooney wore in Batman & Robin (1997).

The script was written by David S. Goyer while he was also writing and preparing to direct Blade: Trinity (2004).

When Warner Bros. was considering "Batman: The Frightening" as the title, a script was released online that was widely believed to be official. Two writers, Terry Hayes and Rafael Yglesias, were credited on the draft, but both denied writing it. The author was later discovered to be Brandon Gaines.

While shooting on the streets of Chicago, a person accidentally crashed into the Batmobile. The driver was apparently drunk, and said he hit the car in a state of panic, believing the Dark Knight's vehicle to be an invading alien spacecraft.

David S. Goyer said that the graphic novels "The Long Halloween" and "Dark Victory" by 'Joseph Loeb' were a huge influence on his screenplay. When he was asked the question, "What about Frank Miller's Year One?", he replied, "Our story is not Year One." An early draft of David S. Goyer's script leaked onto the Internet in April of 2004.

David Goyer's script leaked onto the Internet long before the film's release.

David S. Goyer mentioned in an interview that his favorite pre-audition choice for Batman was Jake Gyllenhaal, but that he was won over by Christian Bale after seeing his test.

While filming in Lower Wacker Drive, in Chicago, Illinois, the filmmakers were so concerned for the care of the Batmobile, that they told the stunt driver to take as much time as he needed to make any move. Therefore, when it came time to back the Batmobile up, they went so slow as to cause traffic jams that had to be reported on the news. Simply moving the Batmobile around Chicago took numerous police as well as caused traffic jams where ever they went.

Before the shooting began, Christopher Nolan invited the whole film crew to a private screening of Blade Runner (1982). After the film he said to the whole crew, "This is how we're going to make Batman."

Katie Holmes barely beat Natalie Portman and Sarah Michelle Gellar for the role of Rachel Dawes.

Baseball pitcher Dwight Gooden of NY Mets and Yankees fame plays a Gotham City police officer in the film.

At $100 million, the film's marketing costs were the most ever for a single film in history.

Larry Wachowski and Andy Wachowski were approached to direct but turned down the offer and instead made the Matrix sequels.

This is the first Batman film to be shot in 2.35:1 aspect ratio.

Contains 400 VFX shots

Just got home from seeing Batman Begins AGAINS! Yes it's that good. Later this week, I'm going to go by myself to see it in the IMAX. I pretty much know most of the movie my memory! Heh! I just love how Batman shows his anger towards the baddies. Especially when he interrogates Flass up on the roof of a building... so angry, so awesome!

I just got back from the Airport.
I felt so bad for her because she couldn't find her Debit Card.... her 7th time losing it. heh! She needs to be more careful.
She has a plan though, so she should be ok. She's meeting her dad over in Europe, so he should help her out as well anyway.
We gave each other a huge hug, but it kinda felt like she didn't want to let go. :)
Anyway, I know I'm going to miss her... blah. Oh well. She comes back on the 30th.

About yesterday's game... it sucked. The retarded umpire made some HORRIBLE calls against us.
We lost by 1 run... 5-4. Not bad though, but... 1st place would have still been nice.

Anyway, I'm going to relax with my Starbucks and wait for vincere to tell me when he wants to go to the movies.
See ya!
